I greatly enjoyed this quiet hotel in the middle of the city.

Smooth unmanned check-in at 2.30 pm. Strong and hot shower with no delay. Work counter with plug and chair. Buffet style breakfast includes hot scrambled eggs, sausage, and bacon. Ample parking available. Lift in working condition.

I had 1 night in Niort, spending the time here lovely. Excellent room, everyone was supper friendly. Shower facilities and bath sheets were a plus. Its location was particularly good and ideal close to numerous restaurants.

Ample parking was available and the hotel had a working lift. The rooms were not the typical plastic boxes provided by other hotels. Additionally, the staff was exceptional friendly and we found the dog fee to be very reasonable. There was also a convenient shop selling fresh croissants and bread nearby.

Felt so at home, no reason to complain.

Very comfy beds, clean and outstanding rooms - we really enjoyed it. Everything was good. Location: the hotel was short walk to a retail park on outskirts of Niort, and the restaurant next door on the industrial estate. Plus it was max 25 mins walk to the lake

The hotel is conveniently located next to a fantastic supermarket, which made it easy for us to stock up on supplies. There were also numerous restaurants nearby, so we had plenty of dining options. Despite being on the outskirts, it was still accessible, with the restaurants just across the busy main road. The room was clean and the beds were very comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The key access to the hotel and the bedroom doors was problematic, which caused some inconvenience during our stay.

The limited opening hours of the reception area can be inconvenient for guests arriving outside of those times.

We had a comfortable and pleasant stay at B&B. The location was great and the facilities were excellent, especially considering the price. Our room was clean and the air conditioning kept us cool during the summer night. We also appreciated the dog fee being only 4 euros. The nearby bakery selling fresh croissants and bread was a lovely addition. we had a fantastic experience and will definitely come back!

It was a great relief to sink into such cozy sheets after a long journey. the hotel had easy access to the motorway, making it a convenient stopover for our onward journey. The room was of a reasonable size and provided a quiet environment for a good night's sleep.

The reception at the hotel was limited, causing some inconvenience upon arrival. We had to wait outside for a while as there was no receptionist present.
